New updates on 4 Cha contributors: Lyn Lifshin, Bernard Henrie, Anna Yin and Sumana Roy

The Spring 2012 issue of Apple Valley Review is now available and Cha contributors Lyn Lifshin and Bernard Henrie have new poetry in the issue. Read Lyn's "222 Jackson Ave" and Bernard's short poem "I Walk Fast Like a Man Switching Trains".
Lyn Lifshin's poems were published in issue 4 and issue 10 of Cha.
Bernard Henrie's poetry was published in Issue 9 of Cha and is forthcoming in Issue #15 of Cha.

Anna Yin
Congratulations to Anna Yin. Her poem "Early Spring" won Prize Poem's March contest. 
Anna Yin's poem "Raspberries", published in the November 2009 issue of Cha, was nominated for a Pushcart Prize. Read "A cup of fine tea: Anna Yin's "Raspberries" here.

Quarterly Literary Review Singapore (est. 2001), the first online independent literary periodical based in Singapore, turns 10! Remarkable!

In its tenth anniversary issue, you can find the following works by Cha contributors: Arjun Rajedran's "Elegy of the adulteress", Bernard Henrie's "Jiating Pavilion", Bob Bradshaw's "A Poem after Tu Fu", Heng Siok Tian's "Whose song is it anyway?", O Thiam Chin's "You Are Always Here, All The Time" and Cyril Wong's "Open Season on Martin Amis". Make sure to read Toh Hsien Min's editorial "Age is just a number" as well.

Cha contributors in Quarterly Literary Review Singapore

Three Cha contributors have new works published in the April 2011 issue of Quarterly Literary Review Singapore. Read Jennifer Wong's poem "The Find" and story "The Assistant"; Bernard Henrie's poem "The Moon a Late Bus"; and O Thiam Chin's story "Sleeping". The issue also contains "Hiding Behind the Maple Leaf" by Cyril Wong.

The January 2011 issue of Quarterly Literary Review Singapore is live! Read Bernard Henrie's poems "President Obama at Xavier's College, India" and "I Was Only a Chambermaid"; Royston Tester's short story, "Bird on a High Branch" (written when he was a resident at the Red Gate Gallery (Beijing) between 2008-2010); and finally, Gilbert Koh's review of Chandran Nai's Reaching for Stones.
