The first edition of >Language >Place blog carnival

-
The first edition of  >Language >Place blog carnival is now live and is hosted by BluePrintReview's editor Dorothee Lang on her blog Virtual Notes. According to Dorothee:
this blog carnival crosses borders, reflects on (m)other tongues, tells city stories, delves into the beauty of language, finds a home abroad, ponders on the relation between identity and language, and gets lost and found in translation. It includes more than 20 participating blogs from all over the world!
Apart from my entry, three Cha contributors also have participating posts: Steve Wing ("Senegal: In a Word"), Nicolette Wong ("The Writing Switch") and Ankur Agarwal ("legs, lait, laid, laisse, laisser / envoyer, s'envoyer, vois, voix"). Visit Dorothee's blog to find the links to all the participating posts.

Nicolette will be hosting the next carnival at her blog Meditations in an Emergency. For details on how to join, check out the carnival guidelines.
