Cha contributor Vaughan Rapatahana will act as guest editor for Issue #31 of Blackmail Press, one of Aotearoa-New Zealand's leading online poetry journals. For the issue they are asking for submissions of original poems on the theme of marginalization, on being marginalized through one's ethnicity, gender, age and so on.
